Full Journal pdf2006-05-09 House Journal Page 4000 HB 258 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3776) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 258(JUD) "An Act relating to aggravating factors at sentencing for sexual assault and sexual abuse." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 258(JUD) "An Act relating to sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree and to aggravating factors at sentencing for sexual assault and sexual abuse." (SCR 30 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 258(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 258(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 258(JUD)?"
