Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 3776) on the following:                                     
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 258(JUD)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to aggravating factors at sentencing for sexual                               
     assault and sexual abuse."

     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 258(JUD)                                                   
     "An Act relating to sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree                               
     and to aggravating factors at sentencing for sexual assault and

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHB 258(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 258(JUD),                                        
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                          
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate
